by David 23. August 2010 18:38

Did someone mention 6? Just 6? Or 666? 6 what? 6-0 to Chelsea or 6-0 to Arsenal or 6-0 to Newcastle? Yes folks this weekend was a 6 goal fest for the 3 teams, quite spectacular and Theo Walcott managed a hatrick too. Common you Gooners! And so did Carroll for Newcastle.

Arsenal

Walcott (12, 39, 58)
Arshavin (pen 32)
Diaby (49)
Chamakh (83)

6-0
(HT 3-0)
Blackpool

Being top of the premiership on the first day must seemed like a century ago now for Blackpool who have joined the premiership. And what about the other team Wigan? Oh dear along comes Chelsea and gives them a right hiding.

Wigan

0-6
(HT 0-1)
Chelsea

Malouda (34)
Anelka (48, 52)
Kalou (78, 90)
Benayoun (90+3)

Newcastle

PPL Mini-League 2010-11

by David 18. August 2010 18:26

Congratulations to all our customers who entered into our Mini-League. And after the first weekend of the season I can confirm that North London Logistics are top of the League. There were a few upsets too at the weekend and a staggering 39% of the teams submitted had picked Joe Cole the Liverpool player who got sent off which means he was subjected to -3 points. On the brighter side if you had Drogba in your team you would have scored 28 points just from him alone. Which alot of our top teams had. Below is the list of the Mini-league as it stands to date:

PPL rewards its Drivers in a Big Way!

by David 9. August 2010 19:11

Congratulation to Nathan Jones and Charlie Eles for being the first of many drivers to be rewarded for their success in driving sales for PPL. Each received a cash prize and Wembley tickets to watch England vs Hungary on the 11th August 2010. I know they worked extremely hard for this and I hope they will continue to be major players in our sales efforts for our Destination TEN competition.
